    Hi,

    I own a license to vsl instruments & spl edition vol 1. 

    I'm unable to acess the VSL download manager to install the required software. In fact no installers of any sort are showing up in the "My Downloads" section of your site. I only have access to the manuals it seems. 

     My E-licenser usb dongle is plugged in and has been registered as well.  I was using it on my old machine without any issues. dont remember having this much trouble just to get the installer.

    I've just got a new computer and would like to install the software as soon as I can to avoid any possible downtime. Would be great if someone could help me out with this.

    Hi Vinayak,

    it seems that you have registered your products to a different user account.
    With the account you are posting here no products are registered, therefor you don't see any downloads.

    thanks. for some reason, it seems the dongle was registered to me & the software to my business partner. We'd bought it a while ago so I'd forgotten. sorry about the confusion :)
