  • Separate Channel for Second Voice Not Reading Dynamic/Articulations

To avoid VSL from only playing one voice whenever pLeg is activated, and without splitting voices into seperate staves (which leads to a messy score), I have found that having the second voice in the staff as an entirely different instrument channel allows for me to have legato passages for both first and second instruments. The only problem with this is that none of the key switches or key velocity signals are being sent to the second channel. I humbly ask that you implement a feature that allows this in VSL Human Playback (just have second/third/fourth voices repeat keyswitches and key velocity signals that the first gets) Thank you.

  • Hello Opplydead!

As far as I can see this is not in our hands, but would have to be implemented by the Finale team. I would ask them.

    Best regards,
    Andi
