To have access to your User Area, you need to

1. LOGIN as an existing or JOIN as a new user.
2. Register your Vienna Instruments Collections and Software Products.
   
   You'll find the Serial Number(s) for
   • DVD Collections (Standard Libraries) and
   • Boxed Software Products (CD-ROMs)
   on the sticker attached to the cardboard bottom of your box.
   
   You'll find the Serial Number(s) for
   • Extended Libraries of your DVD Collections,
   • Download Products,
   • Products on USB flash drives
   on the Serial Number Certificate you received with your purchase.
   
   Please note: In case you have received an email with Activation Codes, your purchased products are already registered and assigned to your account. You don't need to register the Serial Numbers, you just need to paste the Activation Codes(s) into the eLicenser Control Center.
3. Stay up to date!
   • Download he latest updates of the Vienna Symphonic Library Software from the SOFTWARE section of the User Area.
   • All available files in connection with our boxed Vienna Instruments DVD Collections are put together in the section DVD INSTRUMENTS.
   • Find all available files in connection with your Download Instruments in the DOWNLOAD INSTRUMENTS section.
   • Here are the files of our VIENNA SPECIAL EDITIONS.

Additional files to enhance your Vienna Instruments Collections with Sibelius Soundsets, Cubase 5 VST Expression Maps and Finale 2008 Human Playback Preferences are available under the menu item Needful Things.
