Synchron Yamaha CFX crashes Pro Tools

When inserting the plugin the spinning wheel apears and then Pro Tools crashes every time-very frustrating!

 

High Sierra 10.13.4

2 x 3.33Ghz 6-Core Intel Xeon

96 GB RAM

Pro Tools 2018.4.0

Already answered your email to support, looking forward to your crash report. 

Meanwhile, on work-around is to use Synchron Pianos in Vienna Ensemble, our host software.
