What midi message do I use in sibelius to turn an instruments (percussion) release sample on and off?

Hello Dave!

The MIDI controller for Velocity XF (and many other options) can be set up in the Vienna Instruments (Pro) player under Advanced/Ctrl Map. For most VI presets for Sibelius, CC28 is set up by default. The following Sibelius commands can be used to control CC28.

~C28,127
