I've saved up for a few months to buy MIR Pro (24) to get me started. so I shelled out the $199 for the software and installed it as well as activating it on my iLok Cloud (to work with VEP) and Elicenser (plugin). When i try and load the software it crashes every time in standalone mode or as a plugin.
I then tried to us it within VEPro (v7) and to my horror there are no room packs. Are you saying that I have paid $199 for an ENGINE with no ability to generate any reflections? am I expected to pay another $140 for a room? this is madness or am i missing something here?

Welcome Sound-Board,
MIR Pro is the "sample player", the IR-based Venues (delivered in form of RoomPacks) are the "samples", yes.
Please get in contact with ASAP if you want to return the license and cancel your purchase (which would be a pity, of course :-) ...).

unfortunately we technically can't do both at the same time
