Hi.

So I originally purchased and registered Horizon's Opus 1, Opus 2, and Chamber Strings for my PPC desktop, and the performance tool is fully accessible there.

However, I have a new Mac (Intel) laptop, running OS X Leopard (10.5.5), and I can't seem to access the performance tool when I try to use the libraries.

I currently run Logic Pro 7.1.1 on both the PPC desktop and the Intel laptop, switching my XS key between the two. I have downloaded and installed the Performance Tool (Intel) on my laptop, but when I open an EXS instance in Logic there is no VSL drop-down menu in the Edit window. The instruments can be loaded into EXS and I can play the Basic instruments, but of course, the Legato instruments don't play correctly.

I followed the install instructions in the Performance Tool manual exactly, so I'm stumped. Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks,

Darien

just a shot into the blue: you have installed the respective version of the performance tool (PPC vs. intel)?

Yes, I installed the intel performance tool on my intel laptop. (PPC on the desktop.)
