Hi everybody,

I have a problem. I hacean old MacBook and Snow Leopard on it. I've installed the VSL Special Edition, Vienna Instruments and Vienna Ensemble.

If I start Vienna Instruments Standalone everything works and it loads all samples. But Vienna Ensemble doesn't find my library.

(On my old PC Vienna Ensemble did work).

Can someone help me?

Have you removed all files and folders from Directory Manager and added them again?

Yes I tried it... without success...

When I start the eLicenser it tells me that I have three licences but it only lists "Vienna Instrument" and "Special Edition". Maybe there is the problem? But... I used Vienna Ensemble with the same key on my old PC.

Are you using the latest eLicencer?

Yes.

Yesterday I reinstalled Mac OS X and installed the latest versions of all programs.

Is there no chance to fix the problem?!

Hello 3mmis,

I´d try to repair permissions in "DiskUtility" first. If that doesn´t help, I´d uninstall both VI and VE with the Uninstallers you find in the respective applications folder. Then restart your computer and install the latest versions again.

Hope that helps!

Best,

Paul
