I am sorry to open a new thread with this stuff, but i could not really solve my problem with this thread
(http://community.vsl.co.at/forums/p/26911/176410.aspx#176410) and after posting as the last poster there, i didn't get any reaction...

The problem: i am using Behringer Controller BCF2000 in LogicControl-Emulation-Mode. And when i send Faderdatas to the corresponding Logic-Channel with the e.g. "Vol of Channel 1 in VE Pro" chosen, Logic switches back to the overall Logic-Channelstrip-Volume-Automation and starts recording there as soon as datas come in.

I have no idea how to change this. What am I doing wrong?
thanks for your suggestions/help

warmest regards,

Harald Schwender

Logic does not allow you to discreetly automate cc7 volume of MIDI channels of a multi-timbral software instrument, which seems to be what you are trying to do.For what you ate trying to accomplish, I believe the best method is to bring the VE Pro sounds into Logic via auxes, add them to the Arrange window track list, and automate those.
