First of all i apologies for these newbie questions, maybe it was asked millions of times before but there are also millions of answers around internet .
So i thought i should ask in this forum as it seems there are really experienced users here .

My first question is , what is the best way to use these VSL GIGA format on MAC . What i meant best way is to converting GIGA format, maybe to EXS24 without losing any quality from the original GIGA file .
Would you recommend EXS24 or Kontakt ?

And the other question is , what is actually " Performance Tool " does ? I never was able to understand this .
And what is the way to use this Performance Tool with EXS24 ? Or how to install it .

I know very boring questions , but i would love to get informed about these as i really need help .
