I can't click the little "+" on a logic instrument with VE pro and the multiport layer routed to it without breaking the midi connection to the slave system.

After I click the "+" to have audio routed to an aux in logic, ONLY THE FIRST MIDI CHANNEL PLAYS NO MATTER WHAT CHANNEL IS SELECTED.

Does anyone else experience this?

Please Help.

Logic 9.1.7, OSX 10.6.8, VE PRO 5.1.11262

Make sure the track that you have the server interface on is set to midi channel ALL in the track parameters

Yes. I found that VE PRO bug. When adding an output to a multichannel instrument connected to the vepro multiport layer, something in the layer forces the Logic Instrument to "mid channel 1". I reset it to "all", and it will do it again if I add another output.

Absolutely a VE PRO multiport bug, as this does not happen ordinarily with Logic Instruments, and for me, it's 100% repeatable every time.
