As the title suggests, I just transfered all of my licenses from my old key to my new one.  Although I like how the new keys are more compact, which should reduce the chance of accidental damage, I'm disappointed that we still have to transfer the licenses one at a time

I realize we only need to endure this biennially but I thought fixing this was on the to-do list.  And it's been on the to-do list since two Vienna keys ago.

Is this more of a e-Licenser issue than VSL?

I've started hating a particular software house when, forced to work with their sequencer on an Atari ST, I had continual crashes at each time signature changes. Years after, I came back to them by purchasing a great sounding audio interface, and had nothing but headaches with the associated software. Then, the eLicenser came, and it's a nightmare of bad software design and implementation.

I really hope VSL, that can make great and flawless software, can cut any tie with them.

Yes, I am sorry to say that such an option has to be implemented by eLicenser/Steinberg, we have no influence whatsoever on this.

Best, Marnix
