Synchron Player not in My VSL

Greetings from Hollywoodl,

Anyone else have this problem or was I just too quick? As soon as I saw Fx Strings 1 were available I went too "My VSL" but there was no sign of of the  Synchron Player.

It wasn't until I purchased Fx Strings 1 that the Synchron Player appeared.

As a licensed Synchron Percussion 1 and Synchron Strings 1 user, shouldn't the Player be available today without puchasing Fx Strings 1?

Again, forgive me  if I was too fast. Anyone else have this experiance?

Can't wait to dive into those Fx Strings.

In other words, if you already have a license for Synchron Strings 1 or Synchron Percussion 1, do you NOW have access to the Synchron Player?

Or must you first purchase Fx Strings 1?

Haven't purchased Sy-FX yet and the Player is not in MyVSL.  (yet?)

2019 MacBook Pro, 8 core i9, 32gb RAM. Heavy Digital Audio PC slave, 6 core Xeon E5-1650, 128gb RAM. Logic 10.6.3. Big Sur & Windows 10.

Hi Stephen, 

Yes, that's because you will need brand-new sample content that is packed in a new format. We are just preparing that data for you. 

So there will be another download for Synchron Strings I and Synchron Percussion I, which will work with the new Synchron Player. 

And once this sample content is available, you will also have access to the Synchron Player download.

Hi, 

It's a different format that is optimized for Synchron Series. It will not work with Vienna Instruments.
