Hi,
This has been happening since VEPRO 6 techincally. It happens when you have multi-outs and usually there is some information being sent through still and you either A) try to disable that instance while leaving the multi-out busses still enabled or B) Ctrl+Alt+Delete or force quit VEPRO.
This just happened to me as VEPRO 7 froze for over 10 mins, and I needed to force quit it so I can re-open the template. I was prepared and muted the volume but here are pics to prove that what happens is quite deafening and can damage your speakers.
The blue on the SPAN PLUS Spectrum is a full frequency hit, and as you can see the Peak Max on the Cubase meter is 413.1 dB.
Hopefully if this is a bug we can squash it. I'm thankful I had things muted as it would've probably blown out my speakers or given me a heart attack.
