Unable to see instances of Synchron Player in VEPro

I am having a strange problem where I can't actually see an instance of the Synchron player from within VE Pro. That is to say, if I create a new channel w/ synchron, I can see it at first and I can load a patch or a preset, and it plays fine. But shortly thereafter, in almost every case, I can't bring up the player screen again. I click on it and nothing happens, even though playback continues to work. 

VI players and Kontakt etc. all open up just fine and with no issue. 

What could this be?

Hi Daniel, 

Which OS are you working on, and which versions of our software are you using? (You should always use the latest versions). 

Can you maybe send us a quick video or screenshots of what you see?

I am using VE Pro 7, 7.0.1056 - May 20 - 2020 version, which I think is the latest? 

My OS is OSX 10.14.6

I will try to make a little movie of what I'm experiencing and send it along!
