Hi all,
I have the chance to up my build from (currently) a Ryzen 9 3900 XT (12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked) and 64Gb 3600 DDR4 RAM.
At 64Gb, I'm calculating enough RAM given my current and speculative-future VSL samples.
But new to my workflow will be extensive use of Mir Pro and effects, namely Vienna Suite Pro, and I have hundreds of channels in my template.
Would I therefore be better served upping the RAM to 128Gb, or upping the CPU to a Ryzen 9 3950X (16-core, 32-Thread Unlocked)? Do Mir Pro and VSP hunger more for RAM or CPU?
Thanks Everyone:)

Vienna Suite, Pro or OG, is highly efficient to the degree you don't have to figure it into your calculations at all. I would venture a guess that you're not so much using 12 cores and 16 is throwing money at a problem you're unlikely to experience any time in the foreseeable future. If this were me I would spend on RAM.
