Hi there.

I'm about to get rid of my two slaves and replace them by a  PC with AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X loaded with 256 GB RAM. The other choice would be an i9 10980XE. Do you guys have an idea about how they compare? Which one would you recommend?

Which one did you decide on? How is it performing?

I'm thinking of making the switch from Intel to a new machine with the AMD 5950X.

Anyone else here have experience with this CPU?
