Loosing Synchron player preset in Logic Pro

Hello

The dongle is plug permanently to my MacbookPro 16"

I am working on a song. 

 On last version (3) I lost all the preset of all my Synchron Players.

I load the previous version (2) and the preset are there

I went back to version (3) the preset did not re-appears !

I went back again to version (2) and the preset are there

 

How could that happened ?

Did anybody had this problem ?

Hi Cyril,

The only explanation I can think of is that you have saved version 3 while the Presets were not loaded, for example because your USB-eLicenser was not properly recognized by the eLicenser Control Center at the time.

It is the second time that is happening and it never happened with VI libs

Why do you delete the all the Synchron presets and not the VI ones ?

 EXS one, and Kontakt one....... are not deleted 

Why don't you save the preset even if the eLc is having problems ?

you should not penalise users if there is an eLc problem, there work should always saved

THIS is BIG bug

Thank you for your work and relentless commitment to excellence!

This is a real problem and you should address it.

Here it is in my words: when eLicenser is bugging out and not connecting (happens every once in a while) and I load a Logic X Project, all Synchron Instances are reset and need to be reloaded manually.

I am glad I am not the only one that have this problem

PLEASE VSL CAN YOU FIX this problem

When you have 30 Synchron instruments in a piece it is a hell !

Is this feature is made on purpose against piracy ??????  because it does not happens with VI instruments !!!

Looks like that there is a system event that is purging the preset table in a song.
