  • Serial number

    Hi,
I need my Vienna Cube serial number to insure the Cube, could anyone point me to this? Is it the USB number?
    Thanks in advance,

    Paul

    Hello Paul,

every collection (the SC consists of 10 collections) has a serperate serial number that you need to enter individually.

If you have purchased Full Libraries (Standard and Extended), you can save some time when you enter the Standard Extended Library Serial Numbers at the same time [:)]

Please find a detailed onscreen Video Tutorial on Registration and Registration here.

    Hope that helps!

  • Hi Paul,
Many thanks for your reply. I think you may have misunderstood me slightly though - I was wondering if there was an overall serial number for the Cube as a whole, as I am wanting to insure the product with my music insurance company, but they require a serial number in order for me to do this.
    Thanks again,

    Paul

  • Hi again,

there is no overall serial number for the Symphonic Cube. Shouldn´t your receipt be enough for the insurance company?

  • Hello both. Insurance companies ask for serial numbers for identification purposes, not as proof of purchase. Since the Cube consists of ten collections, it's best to insure them individually and supply the serial number for each!

  • Hi Paul and Conquer,

Thanks for your replies. The insurance company requires a serial number for any item worth over £750 and the Cube falls into this category. I'll give them a call to check my options.
    Thanks again,

    Paul

Split the Cube into its components (for insurance purposes) and then you shouldn't need the serial numbers.
