    Hi Everyone.

    Just wanted to let you know that a new show is in production. And I have a real treat for you all and this is an Interview with the composer John Frizzell. He talked to me about his career how he got into music, some of his studio prefferences in terms of equipment and software and we discussed some technical stuff about VI and his Logic Setup. He has consented to putting out a Logic template which he uses in his mockups which will be available soon.

    I have to edit the conversation and put together the show so it will be a few days or so, but I think that you guys, and gals will really enjoy this. It was a real honour for me, as a budding composer, to speak to John about his work (Alien Ressurrection mainly) and how he works in the big film scoring industry.

    So I just thought I'd let you know that this is in the works and I expect to have it out to you by the end of the week.

    Wow. I am really excited about this. Really liked his work on Gods and Generals, and to know his logic template would really be great. Thanks!

    Just as an addition to this, over at logicprohelp.com, they have a logic environment that John Frizzell uses, or has used, to write straight to score, with minimal use of the other editors in Logic, available for DL.
    Made my brain hurt just looking at it, but some of you logic experts might have a better idea of how it works.

    Possibly it is the same one. He said that he and his assistant had to come up with a way to convert the midi data from VI into usable articulations and dynamics in the score edit page. Still Hopefully we'll get to see very soon.

    Quick Update. I'm waiting on final approval from John Frizzell so I have put together another show which I'll get out later tonight. Have to do a test listen .. make sure it's alright [:P]. So the show with Johns Interview I hope will be next week sometime.
