    I have been using Vienna Instruments on a pentium computer and am re-installing on a dual core. How do I activate and re-register my software.

    I can't activate after installing on my new computer because the site says I am already registered.

    I have the Install disks, library, key, and serial numbers but cannot activate.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi and welcome Brian [:)],

    you have already registered your collection in February, that´s correct. And you have probably downloaded the corresponding license to your Vienna Key.

    All you need on your new machine is the content of your collection (you can simply copy that), the latest Syncrosoft LCC, and the latest Vienna Instruments software.

    Of course you will also need to connect your Vienna Key to your new computer and also make sure that the Directory Manager knows where to find your content [:)]

    Thanks Paul, I'll give that a try and see if I can access it that way. I was concerned that by not using the installer, I would run into issues.
