to create paragraphs hit the enter key - in case you are working in text-mode instead of editor mode you might want to change your preferences or enable javascript.

[paragraph]
[linebreak] if you cannot scroll using keys the respective part of the window might not have the focus

i personally feel line-height could be more and distance between paragraphs less.

I have javascript enabled.

I am typing enter to get a new paragraph. It apparently doesn't work for me. I don't know why.

And how do I get focus to the right part of the screen so that scrolling works. I've tried clicking everywhere. It's very unintuitive. I can't find the focus points.

There were three paragraphs in the above post when I typed it in.

I get 'this page is currently under maintainance' for about every second page, though I think that the site's still a bit under construction. e.g. the new video tutorial links go nowhere [yet :D]

I did have technical problems with not being able to see the bottom of the page. This has now been fixed. I couldn't tell you about this earlier because, er, I couldn't get to the bottom of the page. Wink

It might be worth making this section temporarily more visible, in case other people have the same problems.

thx for letting us know ... IE6 needs the so called quirks mode to handle layers somehow correctly ... we added a header now to do this trick ...

A couple more things:

IE 6.0.2800.1106 on Windows 2000

1) There seems to be no way to mark all forums/posts as read.

2) The community front page (not sure what to call it) doesn't refresh unless the browser is closed and re-opened. F5 is starting to get worn out!

Hi all,

I've just taken delivery of a couple of new collections but although the forum seems to be working for me, I can't get into the Registration part of the website at all, which means I can't generate my activation codes. I've tried this on several machines and different browsers (IE6 and Firefox on PC, Safari and Firefox on Mac) but I always get a message saying "This Page is current under maintenance".

Any idea when things might be running again?

I also can't get in to register my last Horizon purchase; I've just e-mailed support to see if it can be done by e-mail instead.

While poking around in the User Area, I noticed that it correctly listed my HALion registrations, but didn't list my Kontakt side licences at all, which isn't correct.  I wondered if any other side licensees were having the same problem, or if it's just my data that's been left stuck to the back of the old server.

A less significant problem with the new site: there is a 'TEST' sub-menu item in the User Area which I guess shouldn't be there.

thanks for the note - downloads for sidelicensed products should now show up again, menu entry removed

I don't know if the Web site is still under migration but I was unable to acces to my personal area: each time I tries an empty page tell me the message "This Page is currentlu under mainenance"

Also when I try to access to any VI info the page shows three "buttons" which do nothing

Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

I'm using IE 6

Thanks

Eduardo

Small matter, but the smiley box is now too small to be able to see all emoticons. It doesn't seem possible to drag it any bigger.

OSX 10.4.10, Safari or IE. Can't access Product info. Buttons are labeled "BUTTON" instead of the usual description. Basically can't buy anything? When will it be fixed?

OK, I must have clicked something. All I can get is "my Discussions" and tags (dreadful, ugly things). How do I get back my normal view of the forum?

I guess you pressed "My Discussions", in that case your url will look like this: http://community.vsl.co.at/forums/MyForums.aspx . Just try to click on the Forums link in the second level navigation or click me
