    I use Akai, Kurzweil and Emu samplers. Will there be versions in any of those formats?

    I don't see how those samplers could accomodate the dozens of gigabytes of this library, but there's always a chance they'll produce a "Lite" version. It seems though that their target audience is Giga (and based on some rather tantalizing comments from the moderators, perhaps something new in the works as well).

    Peter is right, this is a huge database, and itĀ“s constantly growing...., so in my opinion thereĀ“s little chance to load a useful setup into hardwaresamplers, as they donĀ“t work with streaming-technology...

    Our first release will be on both Gigastudio and EXS24 (the new version), and weĀ“re open to every other platform, that provides the features we need to make the Vienna Symphonic Library easy to use (streaming-technology, keyswitches and dimensions basically...)
