  • Website content & opera browser

Just looking at the pages with Opera (v7.54), the frames and all surrounding stuff on all websites do show correct, but not the content frame. E.g. if I click on Underworld on Proect pages, the content does not show up the first time, but only the navigation frames. It does show up if I use resize feature (set it to 90% e.g. and back or not). All pages I checked had this problem.

Just wanted to let you know, hope it doesn't sound too confusing...

  • Hm, weird. It seems to work now. I expirienced it on the Products pages and the Projects pages. Then I loaded the forum and all seems to work now, also after restart.

Hope it won't occur again [;)]

Thanks for the quick fix [6]

  • Funny you say that - I always have strange occurances with our page using Opera ... [*-)]

  • Hello
The problem with the Opera Browser is very well know. It´s becaus the User can choose how the Browser wants to be identified. Most of the Opera identifications are set on "Identify as MSIE 6." but can not deal with stylesheets optimized for the IE-Browser.
Try this: Open TOOLS (in the head of your Browser) > quick Preferences > Identify as Mozilla 5.0

The VSL Site will look much smarter.

    Best regards Tobi
