    i had this problem from the very beginning:

    when i open vienna instruments or enseble in stand alone, after loading a patch and playing for some time, the volume suddenly drops and is about 1/4 of the original. nor controllers used - nothing.. and only restarting the program will help.. for a few minutes.

    i am working on a macbook pro, 2gh core duo, 2gb ram with a m-audio firewire 410

    anyone??

    I have the same problem, with standalone and IAC bus. Audio drops on Macbook pro and PPC Quad! Anyone else? Cheers Oliver

    Hi,

    we couldnĀ“t reproduce this behaviour so far... Oliver, are you using a M-Audio soundcard as well?

    Hi Paul, I use Motu 2408mk3. VE as Standalone works only on first Channel of IAC Driver on my PPC Quad. 2nd Channel drops or audio hangs, not usable at all. And with L8 Plug in I get the message: Unable to create Server Object. The Server application might be already running, or the requested network port is not available VE works only! on my G5 slave with RME card so far. (Very sad) Any Ideas? Oliver

    Hi Paul, one more hint: When I creat a new user acount VE shows up as Plugin in L8. Since I dont want to re-register all my other plug-ins, this was only a test. So the Installation obvisously did somthing to my user account or network settings, when I entered a Name in the VE Servicecenter. How can I change this? (Could uninstall with AppZapper help?) Best Oliver
