    This may sound like a silly question but I'm not entirely clear. Does the latest Holiday Offer (for Extended Library Upgrades) apply to existing users, or only new customers?

    And another unrelated question if I may. I am logged in but upgrade discounts only show for my 'old' sample packages and do not take account of any VIs I own. I would be interested what my upgrade price to Super Package, Standard Edition would be.

    Yes, I second that. I sorely miss the discount manager...I'm busting to buy some products but the whole thing's become very unclear. It's frustrating not being able to plan quickly. Even the dealers I ring here in the UK don't seem to know how to give me an accurate price and then when I call VSL (call me old-fashioned but so much can be sorted on the phone) I get told that I have to email ...and wait for a reply. I'm an immediate kind of guy..I want to know how much what I want costs straight away and get it straight away!

    The "free extended "holiday offer is for all customers who registrate their bundles between now and Jannuary 6th.

    A discount calculator is not necessary.

    You will see your personal VIP prices on each product page in the "Your Price" columne.

    If you are logged in and you have registered all your products you will see your discount there.

    All our authorised dealers in UK do have access to your registration account and should be able to support you with any pricing questions.

    The offer is clearly for newbie... Almost anyone in here will have at least 1 of the library in the any bundles

    That makes us [old users] unqualify [unless you want to buy what you already have and register it again]

    I hope I am wrong! [register all in 24 hours means I am likely right]

    Seems that way. :o(

    Regarding the personal pricing issue......I can see now......I was confused by the fact that the prices for packages that I already have are still shown as the Full Price. But I see now that the 'Buy' buttons are greyed out for those packages. Confusing.
