Hi Im currently using VE in Cubase 4 and I was wondering if there is a way to add plugins to certain instruments from the cubase side of things.

Thanks

Hi JFreese,

host plug-ins are always restricted to the given host... but of course you can route the outputs of the VE to any Cubase Inputs Smile

Hope that helps!

How do you route the outputs?

You can choose your outputs underneath every channel..... and then you can pick up the signal in your Cubase.

If you are using Cubase 4, you will need to activate these outputs in your VST instruments rack (you only have 1 stereo trackby default, to keep a better overview in your arrangement).

The button to activate additional stereo lines is next to the "Edit" Button next to the VST instrument name in your VST instruments rack. (a little box with an arrow to the right).

Best,

Paul
