    Hello from a newbie here!

    Just got VSL SE this weekend so I thought I'd try it out on Carol of the Bells, seeing how it is the holiday season. Turned into my interpretation of the piece. Would love to hear your thoughts/suggestions on the mix and composition (I don't really know what I'd doing, I just go for what sounds good).

    I'm using Cubase 4 Studio and SIR for my reverb.

    P.S. - Sometimes I get funky sounding samples for one or two notes. Anybody noticed this with SE? Maybe it's just my programming.

     Bring the piano down some and pan the strings, also put the instruments a little ahead of the beat or behind the beat. If it is all quantized the feel is jumpy.
