    Hi, I run the vienna instruments for like a year now, and today it decides that i have no licences installed..... The library is here, the synchrosoft too, i don't know what to do... Some help? Thanks very much, Regards Nicolas

    I feel like a moron (the last one). Problem solve, a little update fix the mess. Thanks again and sorry, i'm outside if someone asks for me

    This happens every once in awhile to me. Quit, go to the License Control Center and rescan everything. Then try it again. If that doesn't work, restart, rescan everything, and then you'll be back in business. I have never figured out what makes this happen. Tom H

    After working perfectly yesterday, I am also having the same problem of 'no licenses are installed'. I therefore can't access any of my VI sounds. I have rescanned and refreshed my Syncrosoft License control centre and rebooted my Mac but the problem still persits. I also have the latest version from Syncrosoft. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me out here. Cheers Mike

    What works for me is installing the vienna instruments software again. Magically the licences will appear..

    Also, shutdown, remove the USB key, restart, rescan. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling software. It really is a mystery why this happens from time to time. Also, repair permissions... Tom
