    Hello. I was just curious about something...does VE technically "run outside" of the host program,such as Cubase 4? I ask b/c I am curious as to whether VE will access all of the available remaining ram after C4 takes it's  4gigs (if I run XP 64). If this is the case,then if I am running 16 gig machine,theoretically VE can access 10-12 gigs,correct? [:(]

    Basically you are correct. This is the beauty of VE, as trying to run C4.1 64bit version is currently not a good idea for various reasons.
