    if I assign another patch in the Vienna Instruments Plug-In, sometimes sound-output loses and there´s also no midi-response. Re-instanciating the plug brings back sound-output. Any ideas for fixing this problem ? Thanks, J.F. My setup:Mac PPC G5 Quad, 8,5 GB RAM, Mac OS 10.4.11, Logic Pro 8.0.1, Pro Tools 7.4cs2, HD3 Accel

    Welcome tonwurm [:)],

    please make sure that you are using the latest VI software as well as the latest Syncrosoft LCC.

    Is there anything you can observe in particular? Are you using the Cell Xfade slider? Are you accidentally sending CC11 or CC7?

    Please give us a little more info!

    Thank you Paul for answering so fast. I´ve installed the lastest VI updates as well as Syncrosoft LCC. What I can observe is that the midi-input of the plug-in gets lost after patch-changing. You can see it at the plugin-keyboard, which doesn´t show any midi activity. Sometimes it helps to change the mastertune (crazy) in the perform-section, but not always. Re-instanciating the plugin brings functionailty back. Greatings, Josef
