Hi, This may have been covered elsewhere in the forum, but I'm going cross-eyed looking and the search didn't turn up anything. I want to purchase/download the soprano choir, but the email address in my profile is now defunct and unaccessible. I can't seem to change it to my new one as the box is greyed out. I presume invoice and receipt copies will be sent to that address (and maybe download info?) and so can't go ahead until it's changed. Please can you help? Andy

You could wait until cm sees this (should be today) or PM cm, you can't change your eMail address yourself anymore once it is entered.
A zero can decuple an existing problem.

please drop a note with your new email either to support or me and we will change it ...
unfortunately we had to disable changing of email because this has been used in the past for unauthorized license transfers.
the user profile currently gets reworked to overcome the unintuitive splitting between community profile (public) and personal data (private) ... an option to request email change will be included there to speed up such a process ...
