    Hi everybody,

    recently when loading a logic song with multiple (say 6-10) Vienna Instruments I very often get a Syncrosoft error (Couldn't find any licences installed...blabla) . After that the license manager indeed says I'd have no single license on my key. When I restart the mac, load my logic autoload and plug in only one VI everything is allright again. Then I can proceed loading my "multiple VI Logic song".

    Well, sure it's already a workaround but still pretty annoying though.

    My configuration is MacPro 2xQuadcore, Logic 8.01, latest Vi & Syncrosoft software.

     Dear Oliva,

    please download the latest Vienna Instruments Software Installer (2.0-3136) from our download area and install it:

    http://vsl.co.at/de/68/498/943/239.htm

    Make also sure to have the latest Syncrosoft License Control Center installed (v. 5.2.24.6) from:

    http://www.syncrosoft.com/Download-78-11.html

    Then restart your computer and repair disk permissions with help of the application <disk utility>.

     Dear Maya,

    thanks for the quick reply. I see you got a newer VI software released few days ago. So I try that one. Thank you.

    My license manager is the newest (v.5.2.24.6).

    I will report if this problem is solved now.
