    I just tried to reply to this thread and found it locked.....why is this....just wasted my time writing a post....maybe like the time i've spent downloading your product, to find it cheaper on DVD!!!

    Probably because lots of people used a way to "discuss", which is just not ok.

    By the way:

    I think it would be fair, to offer people, who bought the VSL SE DVD version before the SE+ DVD was out, a discount. So that they pay the same price in the end as customers, who buy the bundle now (or at least only a little bit more).

    I can understand, that now the bundle is cheaper than the single products, which is not uncommon. But of course it's a bummer, if you just bought the SE alone before this possibility was given.

    I have tried to but the registration page gives me this:

    "The Serialnumbers for the Standard and the Extended Library are not valid"

    I only have one serial - should I have another for the extended libary?  I have also emailed and posted about this problem before:

    justin, we could not find a support request mentioning a not working serial number besides a conversation with paul regarding problems to launch VI ... however i have just resent the certificate and the serial number in an email - it is valid and still unused.

    Thanks very much Christian.  Registered now.  It is strange though as I have been using the extended library for over 10 months with no problems - yet it hasn't been authorised!!

    Could I also respectfully add support to the above:

    I am sure you refer to the post http://community.vsl.co.at/forums/t/18424.aspx just continue from here 😊 BTW, I find Herb answer to that topic is amazing A President go to war, kill a lots of people then later change his mind and retreat. What do you think about that? .... At least Bush give me some tax money this year :)

    justin, though you have registered now it seems you still didn't download the license to your ViennaKey so far.

    you can use the extended library because you have a demo mode #1 license on your key which appears to have still remaining starts left ...
