    Hello there,

    I am desperatley longing for aid..... ;-)

    I have purchased, registered and - of course - used VIENNA SPECIAL EDITION on my Intel MacBook under Logic 8, but recently had to move to an Intel iMac.

    Frankly, I have no idea how to get VIENNA SPECIAL EDITION running on that new Mac.

    I am aware of the fact that I cannot use the Library on two Computers paralelly, of course, as a matter of fact I do not intend to do so anway - I just like to re-register on the iMac.

    I have just "moved on" to another machine with all my software and bits and pieces, everything running perfectly, except Vienna SE.

    The Vienna software opens, but does not find any Libraries....

    SE software has been installed completely and correctly of course and all content is accessable on the ext. harddisc drive.

    The Vienna Key I've been using on the old computer is also connected directly to the computer. 

    I have also downloaded the lastest SYNCROSOFT Software but it still won't find any registered library.

      

    Maybe someone could help me with my problem and does know what I am doing wrong... please....? :-)

    "I am aware of the fact that I cannot use the Library on two Computers paralelly" I don't know if that's true. I've used my VSL SE on both my laptop, and imac. Just install all the license control things on both macs and plug in the key-stick. Works fine for me.

    Thanks for the reply! :-)

    This exactly what I did - everything is installed and connected correctly on the iMac, but when I open the VSL software e.g. in Logic, the software does open, yes, but there are no libraries accessable. It doesn't even show any library.

    I think I'm just going to install everything once again tonight and see what happens....

    Hi there again - this time I'm back with the account I originally was given when first I registered - but since I had some problems with logging in last night, combined with the fact, that I was a bit unpatient and nervous because of the problems I had with getting SE running again.... However. ;-) The problems that I HAD with getting SE running again. HAD! :-)) Everything is fine now! I'm not really shure HOW I made it, but I MADE it! As you folks, especially DG and Beat, said: Directory Manager! That was it! Everything works brilliant again! Many thanks to you, mates! Have a great time, Martin
