  • "User Profile" problems

    Hi there,

    I have a problem in my user PROFILE. I can't type my name and surname. The fields are grey and seem to be deactivated.

    I have done the account years ago before I purchased or registered VSL products, but now I already purchased and registered VSL products a couple of weeks ago but it's still the same. If I don't type the name I can't apply profile changes, that means also that I can't order the VSL newsletter.

    How can I solve this?

    I have the same issue, my PROFILE shows my correct (user name) and (Email), but the "First Name", "Surname", fields are disabled, so I can not input my name info.

    I did send an email directly to VSL support about this problem, but have not yet received a reply, regarding how to deal with this, so hopefully this can be sorted out soon.

    I was able to register my Opus 1 library to my account, but my profile has my first name, and surname blank, also my address, and phone info is blank, although I could input in the address and phone fields, but, when I save, and then go back to my profile, they are still empty. (I guess that is happening since the Name and Surname are disabled/blank.

    Some assistance to solve this would be great.

    please write the missing information to community@vsl.co.at - we get that changed accordingly.

    reason is in your case, that last year the old forum database has been merged with the database of registered users, but some records couldn't be synchronized because of differnt email addresses.

    editing name and email has been deactivated years ago, since some clever guys tried to use this for unauthorized license transfers.

    we apologize for the inconvenience, but currently we connot offer a more simple solution.

    It has been 10 days since I sent an email to the VSL community e-mail you specified, in order for them to update my USER PROFILE's name, phone, and address fields, which are currently still blank, well.... so far, they have not fixed/updated my profile, and since I can't input this data, I would appreciate it if this can be done in the very near future.

    I purchased VSL-SE and would like to go ahead with installing it. I'm guessing that I can go ahead with installing, registering, and authorizing VSL-SE, even if my Name and Address fields in my USER PROFILE are blank, since my USER PROFILE does show my correct email, and username. Please... Some feedback on this important detail would be appreciated.

    I would also appreciate it if VSL community admin. can fix my USER PROFILE info ASAP if this is needed to successfully register/authorize my newly acquired VSL-SE.

  • my apologies - it seems your email slipped through ... i have updated your name, but your email didn't contain address information .. though you could change this by yourself
