    Trying to download new files to update my Concert Guitar into the VI version.

    You should note that some files simply open as text files (Mac OSX 10.4.11) unless you use 'save as'. The file the downloads as 'downloader.aspx' which is unhelpful.

    The first .cab file produces this error:

    ...could not be saved because the source file could not be read contact server administrator.

    Please advise

    you should mention your browser ... save as will do nothing but try to save downloader.aspx and result in a texfile at best ...

    just click on the button - depending on your browser's settings you will see a dialog or it saves to the default location.

    Hi Browser I was using Firefox 2.0.0.14 - I guess the one you have used for screenshots is Safari? Can you put recommendations for browsers on the downloads site? Many thanks Ian
