Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at VSL. I purchased my first lib a month or so ago, and have just ordered another.
Not only is the quality outstanding, consistant and very useable, I have received nothing but prompt, professional assistance from everyone I've dealt with at VSL. My delivery arrived in record time, an initial hitch was sorted out immediately, I even found someone to teach me how to use it who actually knew what he was talking about!
All in all, I am extremely happy with my decision to switch to VSL and can't wait for my next lib to arrive. Thank you!
