  • Streaming bug in VE3?

    Hello all,

After upgrading my PC's and reinstalling all my OS and softwares, I did a small test with VE3, and something weird came up. Basically, when recording two instruments together through LAN ("streaming", VE3 is on a slave), the resulting mix is different as if I record separately these instruments, and then export them into another mix...

When I play back the two mixes (stream and export), one of them with its phase inverted, theoretically, they should cancel out and no sound should be heard. However in this test, they don't: there's some audio left at -50dB (the mix peaks at -8dB). The reason I checked is because the difference can be heard. But these two mixes should be identical...

    Why the difference?

    Thanks for any info!
