    Can anyone help me on this please. Everytime I open Logic and call up the VSL plugin it causes Logic to crash - "not responding". It has passed the validation in Logic but I cannot get acess to it at all. I have sent a number of emails to the contact addresss but have not had any response.

    i had this same problem until I realised it was a software key problem. The window that was trying to show me that the software protection key was not being recognised was hidden behind logic's window, and therefore I was both unaware that there was a problem at all other than logic freezing, but I was also unable to click on a retry button to allow the process to continue. Thus, with all this waffle...you might try simply reseating your software protection key, or, if you are using a hub, as I am, try a hardwired usb port rather than a hub.
