Hi all,
Excuse me if my english is not perfect, but I'm spanish.
I have bought my first Vienna Symphonic Instrument online, throught this Web Page. I added to my cart the Vienna Symphonic Library Special Edition (Standard + Extended), then I wrote my personal data and after that, I received one eMail from VSL telling me that my order has been forwarded to their distributor in my territory.
Some days ago I did this operation, and any order has been charged to my credit card.
Is it correct? How many days I have to wait? How much it will take in arriving my order at house?

I doubt that anyone here can answer your question. It will be dependant on what country, who your distributor is, how long they're on holiday for......
If you know who the distributor is in your country, then just give them a call and ask them DG

the distributor for your country is bestservice and i'd assume they will proceed your order dec. 29th ... probably they ship directly from munich rather than through DMC barcelona ... however considering the various holidays this year it might become after new year until the parcel arrives ...
