Jazz Drums - Where's my download link?

So I got Vienna Suite last night (the 15th) and immediately received the links and Activation Codes.  It's been 12 hours and still no download links for Jazz Drums.  Am I missing something?  Anyone else having this problem?

Well, what time zone? I did that yesterday morning (MET) and everything is here. You might be better of contacting support as this might be a time zone thing or so .... hope that helps best

Eastern Standard, US.  Ordered around 8:30 pm.  I'll get up with support.  Thanks for the tip!

What do you mean by "receiving" the download links?

The way this works is you login to your User Area, click on Download Products, and then on the left-hand side you'll see Drums listed far down the list.

If you expand that, it should show your files for Jazz Drums.

If that's what you did and they're not there, my apologies. It may just be due to VSL staff being at NAMM.

But I know it's easy to look in the wrong place for the files initially, thinking they should show up under "Personal Files" or via email link.

Yep, I've got PLENTY of downloads I've done through VSL...  :)

So the files simply are not there yet.  I totally forgot about NAMM - no problem!

 jason, you have received an updated confirmation message now ... sorry, we overlooked to add a grace period to the free jazz drums bonus library and the server has been very strict interpreting 2009-01-16 00:00 UTC ;-)
