Confused at install....

Downloaded SyncrosoftLicenseControlSetup.exe

Rec'd email with activation code

Have Adobe Audition 1.5 and Adobe Audition 3.0 software
PC / XPPro

ran install for - ViennaSuiteWIN-1.0-1039.exe
installed plugins in AA 1.5 vstplugin folder
ran SyncrosoftLicenseControlSetup.exe
Says no elicenser

What I downloaded:

I can't open any windows download areas to install my demo activation key.

Do you have a Syncrosoft key (or Vienna Key)? You need one of these to download your licence onto (using the Syncrosoft LCC).

No I don't have a Vienna key. But the esoft lisence should work.....

When I run the SyncSoft license software, the Download Wizard option is not available.
I can't paste the activation code into the software.

To recap:

Downloaded / Installed -
ViennaSuiteWIN-1.0-1039.exe
SyncrosoftLicenseControlSetup.exe

Asked me where to put the VST plugins.....
Not sure - directed them to the Vstplugin folder on AA 3.0 and AA 1.5

When I run SyncrosoftLicenseControlSetup the Download Wizard does not appear.
It's greyed out. Do not see Vienna Suite Demo Software....

Program Folders - Vienna Suite folder has only files:
- unins000.exe
- unins000.dat

 You need to have a Syncrosoft dongle in order to use Vienna Instruments.

Which is the Syncrosoft dongle.

 all VSL products require a ViennaKey or any other Syncrosoft USB eLicenser - no Soft eLicensers can be used
