  • the price of downloaded SE compared to the DVD ?

hiya could you please tell me, how come the downloaded ver. cost more than the dvd ver. ? (or did i missunderstood it ?) is it because its a massive d/l ? is there acctually a difference between the vers ? thanks a.

  • welcome amir,

the Orchestra Download products are 7 collections (14 libraries) summing up for the same sample content as the Special Edition DVD products (2 collections, 4 libraries)

a bundle is always a little bit cheaper than adding up single products - this goes also for the special edition bundle as well as for the others (strings, brass, woodwinds, keyboards, symphonic cube, super package)

  • thanks for the fast reply, still, and excuse my missunderstanding, :) if im buying the same sample content, and dont have any "packaging" costs, how come the download ver. of the SE is more expensive ... im allready an addict and i only got the choir. damn it :) btw: any planes of recording a whole choir ? (seperated voices ofcource...) thanks, a.

unfortunately more libraries create higher licensing costs (to mention just one reason) - the SE sections are primarily intended for users who don't want to purchase the whole special edition ...

the choir ... all i know is that there are recordings but i don't have details about features and a release schedule ...
