Hey guys, Having some trouble getting the VS demo to work. I just downloaded the trial software and installed the license, so I'm good there. However, Syncrosoft shows 30/30 starts with the expiration date showing the same date as the installation date of 8/9/09. This may be the problem, although I'm not sure how it could be since 8/9/09 is first time that I downloaded and installed the demo. Unless I'm completely missing something, I'm assuming that I would simply choose "Add Effect" within VE to launch VS, however I continually get a "No effects found" message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

Jeff, could it be that the expiration date of the demo licence is the 8th of September, not the 9th of August ...? - Even if you run our of starts, you can "reload" your licence with new starts within these 30 days using the Licence Control Center. Apart from that - did you point VE to the folder where the new plugins are residing? HTH, /Dietz - Vienna Symphonic Library
