Vienna Suite demo CRASHED can't open Cubase...need solution ASAP plz

I installed the demo, followed the instructions. Activated and downloaded the license. Open C4,5 then:_ "application ViennaFX caused following error:

Class not found.

Application installation is not complete. Please reinstall application or update eLicenser driver".

Tried removing license...nothing. I'm on a deadline. need solution ASAP plz!!!
