  • Ensemble 3 + Multi Outputs in Logic

    Hi Folks,

i´m just not able to define Ensemble 3 multiouts in Logic running on the same mac. When i open a Instance of "Ensemble Services (Multi 16 Out)" the multichannels won´t appear in auxchannels of logic.

for example: if i open a instance of kontakt 3.5 i see the multichannels in auxchannels of logic.

so why doesn´t it work with ensemble 3?

    thanx for your help!

  • Hi Olli,

just wanted to check if you´re working with Logic 9 already.

In Logic 8, each Aux Channel you add (with the "+" in the channel strip) is corresponding to a "HW Out".

So Aux 1 gets the signal from "HW OUT 3+4, Aux 2 from "HW OUT 5+6" and so forth.

    Hope that helps!

    Best,

    Paul

  • HI Paul,

a last question...is there a way to keep a ensemble instance (using over ensemble services and not as stand alone) open - with all the instruments in the ram of mac. Or will this feature be added in the new pro version?

    thanx & all the best

I don't think Logic can do that. VE Pro can though. [;)]
