    Hello

    I've just bought the Solo Strings 1.  I tried to download the licence from eLicence (v 6.0.8.1).  The 1st time I got an error message saying pleae restart my computer and try again.  Now whenever I try again one of two things happens:

    1. It cant see my Vienna Key which is plugged in and working fine.

    or

    2. If it can see the key it says this activation code has already been used.  Which it hasn't (unless you count the first attempt which didn't work).

    If I press the Recover button then I get the same message saying there was an error and to restart my machine.

    I'm on an Intel 2.8GHZ Dual Core 10GB Ram MAC OS 10.5.8

    Incidentally I bought and registered this today to take my number of DVD libraries up to 6 and should therefore be able to make use of the extended library offer even though today is the last day.  I presume that this problem wont have a negative effect on this.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Dear James,

    do you see the license on your Vienna Key? In this case you can install your product.

    Hi - originally I couldn't.  However, I just ran the 'resolve' function again and it's worked.  i can now see the licence and I'm installing the samples.
