    Hello

    Recently I've had cause to go into the Activity Monitor on my MAC (basically to resolve eLicence Issues).  Each time I go into it I notice that in red there is a 'vsldaemon (not responding)' notification.  If I close it then it reappears everytime I open anything to do with VSL and is always in red and is not responding.

    Is this anything I should be concerned about.  Is this the reason why I can no longer install and run the Vienna Ensemble.  I used to run it on my old MAC (G5) fine.  Now that I have swapped over to my INTEL the VE wont run at all.

    if anybody could shed light on this I'd very grateful.

    The daemon should be "not responding". Don't worry about it.

    However, as long as you have the correct software installed and the dongle plugged in, there is no reason why it shouldn't work on the G5.
