I can hear the sound but cannot see the interface on my Arturia Minimoog or MoogV.

Scarbee Vintage Keys will not load.

Also getting crashes when I try to load Korg Wavestation and M1 VI's.

I'm running these on a Macbook Pro with 4 gigs of ram set up as a slave.

All other VI's running well - B4, Kontakt, Absynth, Kore, FM8, Stylus RMX, Superior Drummer 2.1, Albino, MOTU Ethno Instrument, various Vienna instruments...

Thanks for any help...

Hi,

we have not tested those plugins yet, we will look into the issue and see what can be done. Please refer to support ticket #219 in any further communication regarding this matter.

We know about the incompatibility with PLAY based software and are working together with EastWest in finding a solution.

Ditto Albino - it plays but cannot see the GUI. If you load it into Kore it is then visible and editable. Play, on the other hand, will crash VEPro even if launched in Kore. Now, what ARE EW thinking of........?

We have had no problems when testing the latest version of Albino here. Please post version and system specs.

Aria Player doesn't seem to work in VE Pro.  I get a message that says the Aria Player needs to be reinstalled. I reinstall it.  I get the same message.

Unfortunately we don't have a copy of any Aria instruments available. Could you please try to start VE Pro in administrator mode? (Right-click on VE Pro, choose "run as administrator") And see if that helps.

I'm on a Mac OS X 10.6.1.  Already logged in as admin account.  Any other ideas?
